I found a burger place tonight. Flat Patties. For real. And you know how picky I am about my burgers. Unlike many of you out there, I want my burger diner-style, pancake thin, well-done and crunchy on the edges- and no bigger than 1/4 lb. The bun should be toasted, and there should be ketchup, yellow mustard, sliced dill pickles, and american cheese. You can take your burger anyway you want it- but this is how I want mine. Don't worry Five Guys, I will still promote your deliciousness, but Flat Patties is just going to share some air-time.
