Neighbors. Fences make good neighbors. Just kidding.
When people surprise me in humorous or good ways, I notice. Anything to liven up an otherwise mundane or average day, should be appreciated-- and maybe shared too. So, I'm holding up my end of the obligation to share some unusual neighborly interactions. Note, for those of you who may not know, my name is not Dave, Julian, or Monica.
